The eldest son of NeNe Leakes, Bryson Bryant, is said to have been sentenced for his felony drug possession charge.

According to court documents obtained exclusively by In Touch Weekly, Bryant recently reached a plea deal with prosecutors. A felony charge of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance against Bryant has been dismissed by prosecutors.
A misdemeanor charge of giving false information to a law enforcement officer has been pleaded guilty by the oldest son of Leakes
There is a report that Bryant was sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Bryson’s Probation Terms
He will have to complete 40 hours of community service while on probation. Furthermore, the retail establishment states that Bryant’s repair work must be completed within a period of 60 days. Furthermore, Bryant will have to satisfy random drug tests initiated by his probation officer. Furthermore, he will also have to satisfy random drug tests initiated by his probation officer.
“The Defendant shall provide a release which allows the Community Supervision Office to have access to all medical, clinical, treatment, attendance or work records, and for driving and criminal history,” the court’s order reportedly reads per In Touch Weekly.
Bryant, according to reports, will need to go through “an evaluation and/or treatment for substance abuse” and avoid drinking alcohol and drugs “unless they’re legally prescribed.”
Bryant could be imprisoned if he violates any of the terms of his probation, according to the outlet.
Leakes’ Eldest Son Was Arrested
Sources previously reported that Bryant was arrested in Lawrenceville, Georgia on July 3, 2023.
Authorities reportedly found Bryant carrying fentanyl at the time. Additionally, Leakes eldest son reportedly lied to police about his identity, claiming he was his younger brother, Brentt.
The brother was booked under his brother’s name and released on bond. He was charged with lying to officers and thrown back in jail after the authorities discovered his scheme.
At the time, Brentt reacted to the ordeal by posting a meme of his mother on social media.
Later that month, Leakes reacted to Bryon’s arrest and explained that he needed counseling, according to The Blast.
“I spoke to him on the phone, I think he’s doing OK,” Leakes reportedly explained at the time. “He needs rehabilitation. He needs a lot of counseling. Like many families out there, I have family members that are struggling with drugs and certain addictions. He has an addiction. He’s been struggling with it for years. He’s been in rehab a couple of times, and he still has come back out and relapsed.”
According to In Touch Weekly,The July 2023 arrest of Bryson Bryant, according to reports, triggered the probation conditions related to his previous arrest, and he was ultimately locked up until October 2023. In January 2023, authorities reportedly filed the updated charges against Bryant.
At this time, neither Leakes nor Brentt have publicly responded to Bryant’s sentencing.
