A 49-year-old man was arrested after driving his vehicle on a Florida beach.

According to Fox 35 Orlando, on a Tuesday morning, February 6. 49-year-old Jason Brzuszkiewicz went passed closed beach gates at New Smyrna Beach in Florida.
Brzuszkiewicz was caught on video driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck onto the shore and into high-rising waters. According to the outlet, he went on for several minutes.
additionally, it was reported the footage captured him risking to do a donut in the water.
The footage then concludes with numerous medical response vehicles joining the scene.

According to Fox 35 Orlando, The Volusia Sheriff’s Office arrest affidavit notes that Brzuszkiewicz failed to pay the toll fee to enter the area. Additionally, it was alleged in the affidavit that Brzuszkiewicz declared to authorities he “wanted to drive on the beach.”
The forum reports that Brzuszkiewicz has been arrested and charged with negligence to pay an admission fee.
Furthermore, it was reported the 49-year-old was brought to the Volusia Branch Jail and confined on a $200 bond while having his white pickup truck towed.
According to the Volusia County Recently Booked Facebook page, Brzuszkiewicz is no stranger to law procedures. He has been detained on multiple accounts this week. Recently Booked reported that the man was also taken into custody on Sunday, February 4.
The 49-year-old was arrested for allegedly swindling a hosteler for less than $1,000.
