Kenya Moore & Former Husband Marc Daly’s Divorce Terms Are Reportedly Revealed

In Touch reports despite Moore’s higher income, there are reports that the restaurant owner will reimburse them.
The Details of Marc Daly’s Child Support Agreement
According to PEOPLE, Daly and Moore divorced in December 2020. But this week, the terms of the couple’s divorce were agreed upon, including the monthly payment Daly will make. Marc has committed to contributing $2,000 toward Brooklyn’s living expenses. Kenya will also receive $1,000 from him each month, which will be transferred into a savings account for her college fund. Additionally, according to the divorce papers, Marc
“must provide proof and a start date back to January 2024 — meaning his total contribution should be Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) for the year.”
Brooklyn will also have joint legal custody with the ex-couple. This will give the business owner a say in significant choices pertaining to Brook. Kenya, though, will continue to have primary custody. According to the judge, Kenya will have the
“final decision-making authority to sign, monitor and control any and all economic opportunities for [Brooke].”
Additionally, Moore will “exclusively” handle “economicopportunities” for the ensuing two years. The former couple will then need to “attend mediation to further determine the final decision-making authority.” The judge counted, “…if Parties cannot reach an agreement, they will be required to attend court.”Kenya will pay the costs of their insurance; however, the costs that the insurance does not cover will be divided. Spousal support will not be given to Daly or Moore.
The judge aims to guarantee that each person will have a positive and healthy relationship with Brooklyn.
The couple’s divorce was said to have been messy. It was so bad that the judge appeared to want to protect their separate friendships with Brook. The magistrate
“… ordered that both parties shall encourage the minor child to develop close nurturing relationships with the other party and each shall refrain from conduct which does or may undermine a positive relationship between the minor child and the other party.”
On June 10th, 2017, Marc and Kenya tied the knot. After two years, they decided to part ways. 2019 saw her telling PEOPLE that she “…didn’t get married to quit.” She counted, “I love my husband. I don’t doubt that he loves me. I believe in for better and for worse and I believe in trying it all before you walk away, especially when we do have a child and we are a family.”
