The son of NeNe Leakes, Bryson Bryant (aka Bryce), is reportedly in legal trouble for dealing drugs.
The situation is not the only noteworthy part, as Bryson is accused of telling authorities that he was his younger brother.
Bryson Bryant Was Reportedly Found In Possession Of Fentanyl
According to Radar Online the ordeal occurred on July 3 in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Authorities reportedly found fentanyl on Bryson and accused him of evading police and falsely claiming he knew the people who lived at the residence. As a result, he received charges for possession and loitering/snooping.
While the police were questioning Bryson Bryant, he allegedly told them that he was his younger brother, Brentt. He ended up being booked under Brentt’s name and later released after posting a $5,000 bond.
He was charged with giving a false name, address, or birthdate to a law enforcement officer after his ruse caught up with him.
According to jail records, according to Radar Online, Bryce was taken back into custody.
Brentt ultimately commented on the matter through his Instagram Story, posting a humorous clip of NeNe saying.“Now why am I in it? See how I get thrown in stuff? I didn’t even do anything.”
Bryson’s Legal Troubles Were Featured On The Real Housewives Of Atlanta
We should add that this isn’t the first time that Bryson Bryant has been afflicted by legal troubles.
Back during season 4 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, NeNe—who had just returned home from South Africa—discovered that her firstborn son was arrested and being held in the Gwinnett County Jail.
After originally forbidding to bail him out, Peter Thomas—Cynthia Bailey‘s former husband—had to persuade NeNe to foot in. Later, she snapped on Bryson and aired out her issues with his lifestyle.

Many long-term fans consider this scene to be one of Leakes rawest moments on RHOA, even though she ultimately regretted going so hard on Bryce with cameras rolling.
