The ever-controversial Diddy is now facing civil heat his longtime stylist Deonte Nash has filed a lawsuit accusing the mogul of sexual battery, human trafficking, and a host of other serious claims.

In court documents aired via TMZ, Nash’s legal team alleges that his dream gig turned into a decade of torment. He describes daily cycles of degradation, intimidation, and manipulation claiming Diddy used threats and control to force compliance.

Here’s what the docs claim:

  • Nash says Diddy “subjected him to sexual and physical assault, verbal harassment, trafficking, degradation and humiliation, threats to his life, stalking, control, and psychological manipulation.”
  • The lawsuit suggests the abuse didn’t end when Nash left the job; he still faces threats and fears for his safety.
  • Nash is seeking both compensatory and punitive damages and wants a jury trial.

If you recall, Nash testified during Diddy’s criminal trial, where he was asked about the possibility of a civil suit. He responded, “No, I’m focused on getting out of here.” But now, he’s officially pulling the trigger.

This is a bold and dangerous move. It puts Diddy back in a glare of serious legal jeopardy beyond the criminal side. Roomies, this is one that’s going to get messy.

Nash’s Allegations Against Diddy

According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, Nash says that working as a celebrity stylist under Diddy for nearly 10 years became a “nightmare” for her. She claims she endured “a decade of sexual and physical abuse, verbal and sexual harassment, trafficking, humiliation, death threats, stalking, manipulation, and control.”

Nash alleges that Diddy would often become violent and warn her that her life depended on Diddy’s will. Her lawyers argue that the music legend used his influence, power, and threats of harm to keep her trapped. Nash says she continued to receive threats even after leaving and fears for her life.

Nash is seeking both compensatory and punitive damages in the civil case and has requested a jury trial. Diddy’s attorney, Erica Wolfe, called Nash “an opportunist profiting from celebrity connections” and said the complaint was “full of lies and contradicts the record already presented in court.”

Testimony and Legal Battle

Nash previously testified in Diddy’s criminal trial. When Diddy’s attorney asked if he planned to file a lawsuit, Nash said his focus was on “getting out of here.” He acknowledged that he had hired legal counsel, but said it was only for his own “protection.”

Deonte Nash, who worked for Combs from 2008 to 2018, testified for several days in the trial in which Combs was convicted on two counts of soliciting women for prostitution. However, Combs was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

In a California civil lawsuit filed this week, Nash claims that Combs pinched his nipples, touched his buttocks, forcibly placed his hand on his penis, and even “rubbed” his groin.

Specific Incidents and Continued Trauma

Nash began working for Combs in 2008 at the age of 21, but soon faced exploitative conditions. He says he often worked unpaid overtime and was pressured to style people in Combs’ group without remuneration.

The complaint describes how, while preparing for an event in 2018, Combs allegedly “touched Nash’s genitals without her consent and said, ‘This is how I make love to my woman.'” Nash also recalls a party in 2013-2014 where Combs allegedly removed his clothes in front of him and others. She claims Diddy repeatedly groped her, mocked her sexuality, and publicly humiliated her.

Nash says she was afraid to go to the police because she thought it would be a “death sentence.” Her lawyers further stated that Cassie Ventura’s courage in coming forward exposed Combs’s pattern of abuse, inspiring victims like Nash to speak out. Nash says her testimony during Combs’ trial gave her the strength to finally file a lawsuit.

Diddy’s Legal Battle: Lawyer’s Response and Case Details

Diddy’s Legal Team’s Response

Diddy’s lawyer, Erica Wolfe, completely denied the allegations. Speaking to TMZ, she said, “Mr. Nash is simply another opportunist trying to exploit his connection to fame. His complaint is full of lies and completely contradicts the evidence already presented in court.”

She further added, “Mr. Combs has spent his career promoting talent, opening new avenues, and building one of the most powerful cultural brands worldwide. Mr. Nash’s tabloid-style claims not only insult Mr. Combs, but also the many people who work with integrity and professionalism at his companies.”

About Diddy’s Sentencing

In July, Combs was convicted of two counts under the Mann Act, which prohibits interstate activities involving prostitution. Prosecutors argued that he arranged paid sexual relationships between his associates and male escorts. Each violation is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

The Bad Boy Records founder escaped conviction on racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges, which could have carried a life sentence.

Nash’s role in the Diddy case

Nash, who previously testified during Diddy’s criminal trial, had said he would not file a lawsuit, insisting his focus was on “getting out of here.” Now, his lawyers claim that the constant threats and trauma forced him to seek justice in civil court.

Combs is denying these allegations. In a statement to PEOPLE, his legal team said the lawsuit is full of “lies” and called Nash “an opportunist trying to take advantage of his proximity to a celebrity.”
