UPDATED 6/18, 7:18 a.m. ET: In a brief statement to Complex, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department acknowledged the problem with the Oklahoma warrant while pointing out the difficulties in possible extradition.
“The charges are for Fugitive from Justice warrant out of Oklahoma,”
the rep wrote in an email.
“If they will be extradited it would all depend on the agency who they have a warrant from. I cannot confirm if and when they will be extradited.”
Meanwhile, a new report from TMZ: Tamar Braxton’s backup dancer was involved in an alleged incident in November of last year, which TMZ claims led to Rock’s 30-day jail sentence. According to the most recent report, Rock’s 30-day sentence in California will be followed by a 12-month probationary period, which will strengthen the case for her extradition to Oklahoma.

Chrisean Rock was recently arrested at the courthouse and was given a 30-day prison sentence.
As you may remember, Rock most recently hung out with Fam0us and Dee Duchess.Twinsss, who is known for the song “No Safety (From the Pen),” was taken into custody earlier this month when she showed up for Blueface’s hearing at a courthouse in the San Fernando Valley. Five police officers were reportedly waiting for Rock to arrive at the courthouse at the time, which led to her quick arrest, according to TMZ at the time. According to early reports, Rock was wanted on a felony fugitive warrant and on a different charge of assault with a deadly weapon.
Available here, public records from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department demonstrate that on June 14, Rock—real name Chrisean Malone—was given a 30-day prison sentence. On the other hand, June 10 is listed as the initial date of arrest. According to the most recent revision of the documents, Rock is being housed at a Lynwood facility. The holding agency, Oklahoma, is still listed separately because of the fugitive warrant mentioned earlier.
Rock is still listed as a fugitive by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, where one of his alleged offenses in 2022 is possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
.Reps from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department have been contacted by Complex for comments. There might be an update to this story. After Rock serves her 30-day sentence in California, she will be extradited to Oklahoma, according to a department official quoted in a story published on Monday in The Shade Room.
Karlissa Saffold, Blueface’s mother, recently discussed Rock’s shocking arrest with TMZ. Saffold stated that the arrest was an instance of “bad timing,” but she made it clear that she is not “a fan of” Rock.
“That wasn’t the time,”
she informed a paparazzo last week.
“She had her kid and she was there supporting my son so I don’t agree with it.”
